Chernomortransneft, as part of its charitable activities, has purchased the necessary equipment for social institutions of Novorossiysk (the Philanthrope center for social assistance and protection of citizens' rights, the Novorossiysk care home for the elderly and disabled and the children's hospital in the Myskhako settlement).
Thus, the Philanthrope center for social assistance and protection of citizens’ rights received 18 specialised wheelchairs and 10 walkers for its people with disabilities. Rehabilitation facilities were handed over for use of those who need them.
Three phototherapy lamps, three syringe pumps and two microscopes were purchased for the children's hospital. The equipment is already installed in the neonatal pathology and the intensive care units and in the clinical diagnostic laboratory.
Chernomortransneft delivered 15 refrigerators and 36 TV sets to the Novorossiysk care home for the elderly and disabled. The equipment is intended for the wards of the social institution and will significantly improve its living conditions.
One of the priorities of Chernomortransneft’s charitable activities is to support and assist socially vulnerable groups of people as well as social security funds, organisations for veterans and the disabled. Also implemented are programmes of social rehabilitation for children and promotion of children's sports; the Company provides material support to socially unprotected citizens who have found themselves in difficult situations.
